ENROLLMENT
Welcome To Aquinas Catholic Schools! Our Schools are Christ-centered learning communities, carrying out a fundamental mission of the church to educate, challenge and inspire students in the Catholic Tradition of faith, service, and academic excellence.
OUR CORE VALUES
the enrollment process
1. A prospective family will show their interest by filling out our new student intake form or by contacting a member of our Admissions Team.
2. The potential school will address any questions or concerns you might have, meet with you in person, and give you a tour of the school.
3. In order to enroll your new Blugold, fill out the New Student Enrollment Application Form and submit the form and admissions fee to the school office(s) your student will be attending.
4. The Principal(s) will review the New Student Enrollment Application Form. As long as the school(s) feels it can properly provide the resources needed to educate your student and has adequate space, the enrollment will be accepted!
5. The Principal(s) or their designee will be in contact with the family to accept or decline the new student application.
6. If accepted, the school office(s) will enter your enrollment information into Skyward, our student information management system.
7. The finance office will receive the enrollment form and process the enrollment fee.
8. The ACS Tuition Coordinator will be in contact regarding setting up tuition payment plans.
