- Finance Assistant: Aquinas Catholic Schools is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to perform general finance office tasks to support the functioning of our school system.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Reviewing invoices and purchase orders for accuracy, verifying proper authorization

• Entering invoices in a timely manner for weekly check processing

• Preparing and processing bank deposits

• Administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and vendor relations

 

The ideal candidate will posses basic accounting knowledge and have experience with Accounts Payable modules in accounting software. Proficiency with MS Excel required, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
