Educational Experience

+ years with Aquinas Catholic Schools
+ years total teaching experience

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Viterbo University in 2014. I graduated this past May with my Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Viterbo University. Prior to coming to Aquinas Middle School, I worked as a paraprofessional at Cathedral Elementary School for 3 years, and as a system-wide substitute teacher for one year prior. I’m grateful for the opportunity to carry out the role of School Counselor here at Aquinas Middle School. As School Counselor, I am able to meet with students regarding their academic, social, and emotional well-being. Whether a student is struggling with classes, dealing with a recent loss, or looking towards future career aspirations, I am here to build relationships and work collaboratively with them to ensure their needs are met. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the students of Aquinas Middle School.

In guidance we talk about topics that are relevant to the adolescent lifestyle from personal hygiene to goal setting and careers.
