I grew up in Red Wing, Minnesota and learned early on that teaching was the career for me. I have a passion for kindergarten and am excited to blend my love for teaching with my goal of growing in my relationship with God. Outside of school, I enjoy being on the boat with my husband, reading a good book, and camping.

I believe that learning is a life-long process, and I hope to bring an element of joy and excitement into my classroom each day. My goal is to create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, and one that students feel supported. I look forward to building a relationship with each of my students and their families.
