Teaching at Aquinas is my true calling in life. I get to work with passionate teachers every day and students who are eager to learn. I also feel that it is a blessing to be able to express my faith openly and incorporate it in all of my classes. Aquinas Catholic Schools has always been a part of my life. As a student, I went to Cathedral Grade School and continued on to Aquinas High School. After I received my education degree, I knew that I wanted to be part of the Aquinas system again. I feel that Aquinas is part of my family and it is a privilege to work here.

MY CLASSROOM
I like our classroom to be a comfortable learning environment where we explore, ask questions, discuss, guess and check, get answers right, and get answers wrong, but try until we are successful.
COURSES
Pre-Algebra – Works on strengthening foundational skills, problem solving, and many beginning topics in algebra. Algebra – Works on equation solving, equation and function graphing, inequality solving and graphing, polynomials, and many exercises involving geometry. Religion – Visits the history of the Catholic Church from the Old Testament to the present day. The eighth grade students also work through the program, Theology of the Body. This program helps the students discover who they are and who they are striving to be as Catholic adults.
