Changes in After School/Bus Plan
Please assure this document is returned to the office by noon on the day of the changes. When emailing a form on the day of a change the office will send you confirmation they have received it. If you have not received communication back from us by 2pm, please call the office to assure your child, as well as, his/her teacher, knows of the changes.
*When possible we ask for no changes in children's transportation past noon on the day of. Also, when possible please fill out change forms and have them to the office by the start of the school day.

Aquinas Catholic Schools (along with La Crosse School district) uses "GO Riteway La Crosse" for our bus program to and from school. Please contact GO Riteway with any questions. Contact Information can be found below:

Extended Care and After School Care Programs
Cathedral School will continue to provide our school families with an Extended Care and After School Child Care Program for the 2021-2022 school year. The Extended Care program is available to families with 3 year old Preschool (3P) and 4 year old Kindergarten (4K) students. The After School Care program is available to all Cathedral School families. Programs are located at Cathedral School. Information about these programs is below. Please review the information carefully.
Afternoon Extended Care (For children attending 3 year old Preschool and 4 year old Kindergarten)
Hours: 10:50 a.m. - 2:50 p.m. Cost: $24.00 / day (plus cost for school lunch)
At 10:50 a.m. children will eat lunch. Children may be picked up at 2:50 p.m. Children not picked up by 3:00 p.m. join our After School Program and the family is charged a fee for supervision.
Please note that due to enrollment, only children attending the Extended Care programs will be able to have lunch at school.
After School Care Program (3P-grade 2 at Cathedral School)
After School Care (For children 3P – grade 2)
Hours: 2:50 – 5:30 p.m. Cost: Please see the schedule below.
Late Fee: $10.50 per child for each 15 minutes (or part of) after 5:30 p.m.
Student supervision in the Extended Care and After School Care Programs will begin on the first day of school. The After School Care program is flexible and available nightly as is necessary for family needs. Families are billed every other week for use of extended care and after school care.
