2024 Summer Camp Cathedral has started!!!
GENERAL INFORMATION - 2024
Applications will be accepted from Thursday, March 16, 2023 to Friday, March 31, 2023.
All applications must be submitted online via the link above.
Students enrolled in 4K to 6th Grade (23/24 school year) at Aquinas Catholic Schools are eligible to apply for Camp Cathedral.
Times: Student care will be provided from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Camp will be closed Tuesday, July 4th, 2022.
Groups: Students will be divided and grouped by age/grade level to best meet the needs and interests of all children.
Staff: The program will be led by co-director Mrs. Tammy Houlihan and Mrs. Nicole May. Additional staff members will include ACS employees and other qualified individuals.
Field Trips: Students will participate in age-appropriate field trips and workshops. An activity fee is charged for the summer which helps subsidize the costs of field trips and activity supplies.
Swimming Days: If possible, students will attend area pools two to three times per week.
ENROLLMENT & FEES
Enrollment: We will begin accepting Camp Cathedral registration via the QR code below on Thursday, March 16, 2023. The non-refundable activity fee payment, per camper, must be paid via e-Funds for Schools after your child has been accepted into the camp. In order to keep the quality of our camp and to ensure the safety of our campers, Camp Cathedral can only accept a certain number of campers into each age group. Therefore, applying for a spot does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be accepted until Friday, March 31, 2023. Our Camp Directors will take a look at the number of students for each age group and applicants will be notified by Friday, April 7th of their acceptance.
Snacks/Lunch: A snack will be provided in the mid-morning and in the afternoon. The cost of snacks is included in the weekly program fee. Students should eat breakfast at home before arriving at Camp Cathedral as there will be no breakfast served at school. All students must provide their own lunch and drink for lunchtime.
Activity Fee: A one-time activity fee of $100.00 per child will be collected is to help subsidize the costs of field trips and supplies. You will be asked to pay this fee electronically if your child has been accepted into the camp.
Weekly Fees: Families will be billed bi-weekly for the number of days scheduled. A minimum two week notification is required for scheduling changes. All payments must be made electronically.
Full-time: 4-5 days per week = $200.00/week Part-time: 2-3 days per week = $150.00/week
We regret that single day drop-in care will not be available.
