Thank you for your interest in Summer Camp Cathedral!  Some sections have filled up.  Please enter your child's information on the waitlist.    

ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE BY FRIDAY, APRIL 5TH.

GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Times: Student care will be provided from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Camp will be closed Thursday, July 4th, 2024 and Friday, July 5th, 2024.

 

Groups: Students will be divided and grouped by age/grade level to best meet the needs and interests of all children.  All students must be enrolled in Aquinas Schools grades 4K to 6th for the 2024-2025 school year.

 

Staff: The program will be led by director Mrs. Tammy Houlihan and Mr. Bryant Meyer. Additional staff members will include ACS employees and other qualified individuals.

 

Field Trips: Students will participate in age-appropriate field trips and workshops.  An activity fee is charged for the summer which helps subsidize the costs of field trips and activity supplies.

 

Swimming Days: If possible, students will attend area pools two to three times per week.

 

Changes to 2024 Summer Camp Cathedral:  This summer we will be offering full time, full summer care only.   You are committing to all seven weeks of summer.  Unfortunately we will not be able to refund for a week you are not able to attend.

 

Looking Ahead to 2025 Summer Camp Cathedral:  Please note Summer Camp Cathedral 2025 will be moving locations!  Next year the Camp will be held at Blessed Sacrament School.

ENROLLMENT & FEES

 

Enrollment: We will begin accepting Camp Cathedral registration via the QR code below on Monday, March 18, 2024. The non-refundable activity fee payment, per camper, must be paid via ProCare after your child has been accepted into the camp.  In order to keep the quality of our camp and to ensure the safety of our campers, Camp Cathedral can only accept a certain number of campers into each age group. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Once a grade level is full, interested families will be asked to go to our website and fill out a waitlist application. Applicants will be notified by Friday, April 5th of their acceptance.

 

Snacks/Lunch: A snack will be provided in the mid-morning and in the afternoon. The cost of snacks is included in the weekly program fee. Students should eat breakfast at home before arriving at Camp Cathedral as there will be no breakfast served at school. All students must provide their own lunch and drink for lunchtime.

 

Activity Fee: A one-time activity fee of $100.00 per child will be collected to help subsidize the costs of field trips and supplies.  You will be asked to pay this fee electronically via ProCare if your child has been accepted into the camp.

 

Weekly Fees:  All payments must be made electronically via ProCare (our online billing system for extended/after care).  Please note only full-time, full-summer care will be offered in 2024.

Full-time:  $210.00/week or a summer total of $1,470.00

Starting March 18th scan the correct grade for 2024-2025 QR code for EACH CHILD on the flyer or visit our website to start the application process!  The application will open between 9:00am and 9:15am. Please know, failure to sign up for the correct grade level will result in a denied application.  Once a grade level has been filled the application will no longer be available.  If that happens, feel free sign up for the waitlist on Cathedral’s website.
