Is your child in 4K to 2nd grade? Please make sure you complete the following actions by THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11th...
***Return your 4K-2nd grader's roller skating unit slip with money ($14.00 cash or check-made out to ACS)
***Fill out the Google Form for your child's skate size. Please fill out only one form per child! Click on the link below (this is the same form as the QR code on the printed permission slip which was sent home).
***Log into your Skyward account and submit the electronic permission form
***Are you able to help with a PE class during the roller skating unit? Click below to sign up!
